Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar technologies used for the AnyKey website and client area.
1. What cookies do
Cookies are small values stored in your browser. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support accounts, shopping carts, security, payment features and optional website measurement. The cookies you encounter depend on the pages and features you use.
2. Accounts, preferences and security
WHMCS uses session information to support sign-in and cart continuity. Security and account features may use additional cookies. Blocking these cookies can interrupt those features.
The ak_cookie_preferences_v1 cookie stores your Analytics choice, the time of your choice and the consent-policy version for up to 180 days. It remembers your privacy preference. You will be asked again after it expires, if the choice becomes invalid, or when the consent-policy version changes. Your browser may clear cookies sooner.
3. Optional Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions on our website. Analytics can process browser, device and usage information and use identifiers such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visitors and sessions.
Optional Analytics is off until you allow it through our cookie controls. Rejecting Analytics leaves account and shopping functions available. Google documents configurable cookie lifetimes; browser limits may also apply. See Google's Analytics cookie documentation for provider information.
4. Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA to help protect forms and services against bots and abuse. When it runs, Google may process technical and interaction information and use cookies, including _GRECAPTCHA, for risk analysis. Our Analytics preference does not switch off this separate security feature. See Google's reCAPTCHA documentation and Privacy Policy.
5. Payment services
Available payment methods include bank transfer and Stripe. When Stripe payment services load, or you visit a Stripe-hosted payment page, cookies and similar technologies may support payments and fraud prevention. Their use depends on the payment integration and the feature you request. Read Stripe's Cookie Policy for provider information. If you use your bank's website for a transfer, that bank's notice describes its website technologies.
6. Your choices
Our banner offers Accept all, Reject optional and Manage preferences. Accept all enables the optional Analytics category. Reject optional keeps Analytics off. Account, security and requested payment functions remain available. Continuing to browse or closing preferences without saving does not grant Analytics consent.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. The Analytics switch is off by default. If you turn off Analytics after it has loaded, the page refreshes to stop the tracker; save unfinished forms first.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our banner keeps optional Analytics off. These controls apply to our website; a provider's separate website has its own controls.
7. Browser controls and questions
You can review, clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking account, security or payment cookies may prevent those features from working. Clearing cookies does not cancel a service or delete your account.
For questions or privacy requests, email info@anykey.sx. Read our Privacy Policy for related information. We update this notice when our services or cookie practices change.
