1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between AnyKey SX and any customer, visitor, account holder, registrant, or user who accesses our website, creates an account, places an order, uses our client area, or purchases or uses any AnyKey SX service.

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an order, making payment, registering or transferring a domain, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service-specific terms or policies referenced by AnyKey SX.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all services provided or made available by AnyKey SX, including:

• .SX domain name registration, renewal, transfer, DNS, and domain management services.
• Shared hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and related infrastructure services.
• SSL certificates and security-related services.
• Website design, website support, website maintenance, and related web solutions.
• Customer support, billing, client area, and account services.

3. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use our services. If you use our services on behalf of a company, organization, or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

4. Customer Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your login details secure, use strong passwords, enable available security features where possible, and notify AnyKey SX immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

AnyKey SX may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts or services where we reasonably believe there is unauthorized use, fraud, abuse, non-payment, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

5. Orders, Billing, Renewals, and Payments

• You agree to pay all fees shown during checkout, on invoices, or in your client area.
• Fees may be due immediately, monthly, yearly, or according to the billing cycle selected for the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring invoices are paid on time.
• Services may be suspended, terminated, or not renewed if invoices remain unpaid.
• Prices, features, and available services may change. Renewal pricing may differ from promotional or introductory pricing.
• Taxes, fees, or third-party charges may be added where applicable.

Payment does not guarantee that a domain, server, SSL certificate, or other service is available until AnyKey SX or the relevant provider confirms activation.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility may vary by service type, billing cycle, third-party provider rules, registry or registrar rules, promotional terms, and the status of service delivery. Domain registrations, domain renewals, domain transfers, SSL certificates, setup fees, third-party licenses, and custom website work may be non-refundable once processed, provisioned, submitted, issued, or delivered.

Cancellation requests should be submitted through the client area or support channel. Cancelling a service does not automatically cancel unpaid invoices, previous obligations, domain renewals already processed, or third-party costs already incurred.

7. Domain Registration Terms

Domain registration and transfer services are subject to applicable registry policies, registrar rules, domain availability, WHOIS/RDAP requirements, dispute policies, identity or contact verification, and any rules that apply to the relevant domain extension.

You are responsible for providing accurate domain contact information and keeping it updated. Failure to keep domain information accurate may result in suspension, cancellation, transfer denial, loss of the domain, or other action required by registry or registrar policy.

Domain names are registered on a first-come, first-served basis. A search result or order submission does not guarantee registration until the domain has been successfully registered and confirmed.

8. Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Server Use

You are responsible for all content, applications, scripts, email activity, and data hosted through your account. You must not use our services for illegal activity, abuse, spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, harassment, or activity that threatens the security, performance, or reputation of AnyKey SX, our network, our providers, or other users.

We may suspend or restrict services to protect network stability, security, legal compliance, or other customers.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AnyKey SX services for activities that are unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or disruptive. Prohibited activities include spam, phishing, malware distribution, botnets, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized scanning, copyright infringement, hosting stolen data, or content that violates applicable law.

10. Backups and Data

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups unless a written service agreement states otherwise. Any backup service offered by AnyKey SX is provided as an additional convenience and is not a substitute for your own independent backups.

11. Support

Support is provided through the official AnyKey SX support channels. Support scope may vary depending on the service purchased. We may decline requests outside the scope of the purchased service or requests involving third-party software, unsupported custom code, or issues caused by customer changes.

12. Third-Party Services

Some services may depend on third-party providers, registries, registrars, data centers, control panels, SSL authorities, payment processors, software vendors, or network providers. AnyKey SX is not responsible for third-party service failures, policy changes, delays, price changes, or actions outside our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyKey SX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or service availability, arising from or related to your use of our services.

14. Changes to These Terms

AnyKey SX may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms may be posted on our website or communicated through reasonable means. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
